Internal Procurement & Contractors affairs:
This unit scope of activity includes:
- Identification, evaluation and selection the relevant producers and sellers of machines, equipments, and fixtures required by different departments of the company
- Receiving enquiries from domestic suppliers and negotiating according to Sepahan rules and regulations. – supervising on transportation for the purchased goods
- Holding & managing the purchase committee of the company
- Preparing and signing necessary contracts
- Supervising on right performance of contractors in accordance with the regulations of the company
Foreign Procurement:
Purchasing and preparing all foreign raw materials including all solvents, additives of engine and industrial oils and in general all raw materials of the refinery is the responsibility of this unit.
following up purchase operations including finding credible and reliable purchase sources, obtaining the Performa invoices , Order registration and obtaining the required permits for opening the letter of credit for importing and clearing the goods from the customs in destination.
Export:
Nowadays, in addition to supplying the base oil of SN-500, and producing engine oils required in the country by trade name of Speedy, SEPAHAN Oil Company, is the main supplier for many famous International and National producers.
SEPAHAN exports 20-30 thousand tons of its produced goods monthly to the countries such as the United Arab Emirates, Iraq, Kuwait, Pakistan, Azerbaijan, Armenia, India, China, Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, and Philippines. Following up for exporting goods to the other countries such as Kenya, Senegal, and Turkey are among the near future market of this company.
By exporting about 200000 tons of its products annually, Sepahan Oil company is considered as the greatest exporter of oil products in the Islamic Republic of Iran.
For achieving the export objectives , SEPAHAN Oil Company has purchased 4 vessles with capacity of 45000 tons, 52 tankers for transporting the base oil form refinery to Sepahan export terminal in Bushehr port. This terminal is accompanied with the existed wharf with depth of 8.7 meters and has the capacity to host ships with a capacity of 10000 tons.
