Engineering Deputy

Main task and responsibility of this position is supervision and management of all engineering and management projects in the area of process of production.
Projects & Engineering:
  This department began working in order to form a work force in the field of engineering activities, conducting new engineering and executive projects in the company. It is clear that as the nature of each project is different ,designing and development process includes following stages:

• Economic and technical feasibility studies of the projects.
• Basic engineering including Process flow diagram (PFD), piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDS), diagram, layout and spacing and if necessary, value engineering and HAZOP study according to the standard executive methods implemented in the company or new standard methods.
• Detailed engineering including management system, project management, quality assurance and quality control, planning and project, controls engineering, procurement and plant technical equipments, supervision on implementing the project based on the new or provided executive methods, technical specifications and working instructions of ITP, preparing the instructions of test control, pre-commissioning instructions, commissioning instructions and supervision in conducting the steps of test and commission, testing the operation with respect to the requested guarantees in defining the project (performance guarantee) according to the above mentioned professional needs provided with an efficient, talented and devoted staff holding specialty in process engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering and instrumentation, civil engineering, technical inspection and controlling the project.

Process Engineering:
  Main task of this section is supervision on process operation control  in normal and special conditions and development of new refinery plans to overcome operational difficulties and quality improvement of our products. 
General Engineering :
  Main activity of this section is defining and determining necessary machinery and equipments that are suitable for defined parameters and it includes three main fields of activities

1. Mechanical Engineering
2. Civil Engineering 
3. Special tools and Electrical engineering

Technical Inspection:
  This department is responsible for general safety of the operational installations and equipments of the refinery.  It is also responsible for all new projects associated with marital, welding and corrosion and also performing all affairs related to inspection and supervision on mechanical repairs in operational departments and conducting non-destructive tests. 
Product Engineering :
This section is responsible for making necessary oils according to market research and its scope of activity includes:

• When the export department declares to the processing department, the need for producing new oils, the research and development group are obliged to survey the clients requirements precisely, identify the conditions and machines that uses the mentioned oil and finally laboratorial production of the oil and presenting it to the client. If this new product suffices the clients requirements, it will be included in the agenda for mass production.
• Oil Research department: This department identifies new additives and the conditions for using them. It carries out the required researches on the different additives, their physical properties and more important the chemical ones and the conditions for preparing, producing new additives with high efficiency at low price. In this case, the useful and effective ingredients existed in the oil should be identified and field effects should be surveyed, the new and sensitive products presented to the clients should be monitored, the oil should be compared with the conditions of consumption of environment and the producing domestic products similar to the foreign ones, and nanotechnology of the oil should be surveyed so that new products are added to the productions of this organization.
