Human Resource
Human resource management of Sepahan Oil Company is in charge of selection, interview, evaluation, training, allocation of salary and bonus and providing a fair and safe working place for Sepahan staff.
Information Technology
Main activity of this section is in the area of management information systems and communication.
- Organizing all related activities of information and technology for analyzing, designing and development of computer projects and data bank
- Organizing network, training, maintenance and repair of software and hard ware systems in order to prepare a suitable condition for electronic training.
Quality Assurance & Systems and Methods
Main activity of this section is compiling and executing work instructions and also implementing quality management system that includes the following items:
- Consideration of executive approaches and working instructions
- Analyzing organizational relationships
- Facilitating organizational relationships
- Analyzing systems
