Sales and marketing deputy as one of the most important units in strategic planning of the company will execute marketing plan.
Sales Engineering:
Sale Engineering Department of SEPAHAN Oil Company is responsible for marketing the products throughout of Iran according to the local markets for different kinds of industrial and engine oils. Among the activities engaged by this department is to identify the clients requirements, after-sale services, rendering consultation services and holding seminars and in house training courses for consumers and visiting different industries. Concerning and rendering services to the customers Sale Engineering Department acts as a communicative bridge between producer and consumer. In identifying oil consumers, it specifies and classifies the applications in two sectors of industry and engine oils.
Customer services Department:
This department is responsible for rendering all services to Sepahan Customers that following is the scope of activity of this unit.
- Conducting all after-sale services,
- receiving and surveying the complains made by the customers
- coordination among the related department such as sale engineering and quality control for studying and performing preventive and reformative actions in order to consider the clients complains
- Evaluation customer satisfaction in order to improve our customer’s level of satisfaction.
- Permanent relationship with customers by Sepahan contact center and reporting the claims to responsible units.
Market Development:
One of the sub units of sales and marketing deputy is market development department that is in charge of the following activities:
- Studying & evaluating national and international target markets.
- Proposing new products of the company.
- Receiving proposals of new customers.
- Attracting new customers by taking part in exhibition, advertisements and business negotiations.
Agent sales Department :
At present, this company has more than 200 sale agents throughout Iran, offering over 100 types of products.
All individuals and companies interested in cooperating with SEPAHAN Oil Company can submit their applications for obtaining agency to this department. Observing the credit and sale by- laws, they can be appointed as the agents of this company.
Proper sale conditions, effective distributions policies, wide advertisements, annual gifts, availability of different kinds of industrial and engine oils, etc draws the attention of the agents who are active in the field of oil industry.
Achievements :
Marketing and sales deputy of Sepahan Oil Company has increased the product range from 10 to 100 by cooperation of quality control and marketing research and development departments of SOC after deep consultation with many companies active in different industrial fields like steel, cement, power plant and refinery to understand their needs and expectations for oil and lubricant products.
At present we have more than 100 products in 300 different packing for engine, industrial and gear oils with Speedy, Sepahan, Stir and Liz oil.
We have close cooperation with car manufacturing industry of Iran and we cooperate with IRAN KHODRO, SAIPA, SAIPA YADAK and etc and they use Sepahan oil in their products. We have achieved the international relevant quality certificates for engine and industrial oils that include:
- Receiving certificate of approval from VOITH TURBO for Sepahan ATFTI for automatic gear box.
- Receiving certificate of approval from VOLVO company for ultra diesel oil.
- Receiving certificate of approval from ZF Company as biggest producer of manual and automatic gear boxes for Samin Speedy EPX.
